Dr. Catherine Ruggiero grew up in Saratoga Springs, New York. She received her Bachelor's degree from St. Lawrence University and M.S. at Fordham University. She graduated veterinary school from the University of Missouri in 2014. Dr. Ruggiero spent three years in small animal general practice in Upstate New York before returning to Mizzou to focus on her passion: companion animal nutrition. She is currently completing her clinical nutrition residency training as part of the Nestle Purina Endowed Program in Small Animal Nutrition at the University of Missouri-Columbia.
